HENRY RANLET
Henry Ranlet (b. ca. 1763; d. Exeter, N.H., 12 June 1807) was a printer and publisher. Ranlet settled in Exeter by 1785, and between 1786 and 1799 he published six different newspapers. From 1795 he was the most active music printer in northern New England. He was apparently compiler as well as publisher of the first six editions of The Village Harmony, though he did not sign it as author.
