THOMAS SKINNER

Thomas Skinner (fl. Connecticut, ca. 1790-98) may be the Thomas Skinner (b. Harwinton, Conn., 22 Feb. 1749; d. there, 31 Dec. 1811) who, on 2 May 1774, married Jerusha Newbury.
